The Fraternity has 11 luxurious new suites that blend the historic with the modern. The spacious units offer exposed brick walls, walk in showers, extra large bedroom and lounge area, new flooring, new expansive windows, LED lighting, New heating & Air Conditioning, California Shutters and optional Parking. Also included in the Lease are all Utilities, Laundry Facilities, Cable, Internet, a new Fire Alarm system and a huge roof-top Fratio.

For 2025 a twelve month lease is $850 per month. Parking is $25 per month if desired. One month damage deposit is required.
