hOUSE hISTORY.
Since 1953, our fraternity has called the Chapter House at 294 Central Avenue our home. With ageless features such as the antique woodwork within the house, to the stained glass windows, the house stands as a testament to the consistent dedication of all members of our fraternity for years to come. As a result of its age, the house was deemed a Heritage Home by the city of London.
About our house.
The home of Delta Upsilon Fraternity is 294 Central Avenue at Wellington Street. Located in the Historic Woodfield Zone, this century home was built in 1895. The Victorian neighbourhood was the People's Choice as the '2016 Greatest Neighbourhood in Canada'! It is across from the spectacular 18 acre Victoria Park which was founded in 1874 and steps from Richmond Row. The location has easy access to Downtown London and the University.
